How do I return/exchange an item?
Answer :
You can return or exchange any item as long as it is unused and unopened within 30 days of its purchase. In order to initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Return or Exchange
  • Item Name

After we approve the return, we will create a shipping label with tracking deducted from your refund amount.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

Should you receive any item that is not as described or damaged, contact us immediately! We will accept the return for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of confirmed delivery date.
